Accounts

-ONE account per household. Period.
-You MUST be 18, lying about your age is considered fraud.
-Having more than 1 account on an IP at anytime for any reason will result in automatic deletion.

Details of this-
-DO NOT log in at another members house.
-DO NOT allow another member to log in at your house.
-DO NOT log in to the site using the AOL navigation page. OPEN Internet Explorer.
-DO NOT log in at work or another public place where other members of DBP login.

This is NOT allowed no matter the reason.
If you do this your account will NOT be reinstated. Period.

I am sorry to come off so strict but, it's something that has come to take up literally hours each week of my time.

The security system will automatically mark both accounts as deleted if this takes place.

To answer other questions-
-Does this mean you can't login anywhere but home?
No, it just means you need to make sure you donot login from a location where another member has. So for example, if a coworker is a member od DBP it's best neither of you login from work, as it's not work the risk of being flagged as on the same IP. The issue is not with logging in at a different place, it is having the same IP as another user on the site.

-What about dial up, since they recycle IPs?
You can use dial up, as long as you donot use the navigational page that they give you to use. Make sure you only access the site using Internet Explorer or Firefox.

-Why is this a problem?
Because, it can make your accounts appear fraudulent to affiliates & advertisers if offers are done by two users on the IP. In turn, that makes me appear as if I am not monitoring my members activities. So in truth, it can have a long term effect on the site as a whole. That is why I had to place this rule into effect.
